Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

Terms are 1%-10, Net 30 Days upon formal credit approval. Without credit approval, check in advance or C.O.D. shipments are negotiated at time of sale.

Freight:

FOB, Elkhart, Indiana. Freight Prepaid on full TL and/or $12,500 or more. Less than full TL subject to $50 drop charge per stop and applicable freight adder specified on the price sheet. All orders less than applicable minimums will be shipped prepaid and freight cost will be added to the invoice. Anco Products, Inc. reserves the right to specify the choice of carrier.

Returns:

Only current, standard products will be accepted for return. Products which are obsolete or more than one (1) year old will not be accepted. Specialty products will not be accepted for return. Products must be returned in original condition, with original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return freight to Anco's facility. There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned product.

Back Orders:

Back orders may be cancelled on any line item shipped 80% complete, unless specifically requested.

Standard Cartons/Bags:

All merchandise will be shipped in full pallet quantities only, with the exception of System 6000/6100 and System 300/400 products. Please refer to our load factor sheet for pallet quantities. Ordered quantities will be rounded to meet these requirements.

Warranty:

Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase only if the products are installed in accordance with Anco's installation instructions, applicable codes, and under conditions specified in Anco's performance data. The buyer's exclusive remedies for any defect in the products shall be replacement or refund of the purchase price, at Anco's discretion in accordance with Anco's return authorization procedure. No merchandise will be returned without a formal Returned Goods Authorization number and prior written approval from an authorized Anco Customer Service Representative. An RGA can be obtained by contacting Anco Customer Service at extension 213. Merchandise should be returned in its original container. Anco will advise of arrangements for return shipping. An Anco Representative must first inspect defective product. Please do not take debits until product is inspected and we issue you the appropriate credit through the formal accounting system. This process is critical to our quality control program and we insist on compliance in an effort to continually improve as your supplier.

Material and specifications for products are subject to change without prior notice. All merchandise will be billed at price prevailing at time of shipment.
