Anco's garage door kit available at Menards
October 11, 2010Oct 11, 2010 - Anco Products, Inc. announces that Menards, a chain of more than 250 home improvement stores throughout the Midwest, will carry Anco's easy-to-install Garage Door Insulation Kit.
"The transition from running production for individual contractors to producing a high-volume retail product, has gone quite smoothly," said Brandon Kitkowski, Anco regional sales manager and product manager. "The partnership with Menards provides a great retail opportunity for this product."
Made in the Midwest, the Anco Garage Door Insulation Kit is an energy saving DIY (do-it-yourself) solution for residential garage insulation needs. This retrofit kit is intended to help lower heating and cooling costs, reduce outside noise and brighten the garage door. One difference between this product and similar kits on the market is the unique friction fit property of the fiberglass insulation. Due to friction fitting, no glues or fasteners are needed to install the insulation, making the installation process fast and easy.
Menards will feature the kit in its advertisements beginning October 8.
Not only is the Anco Garage Door Insulation Kit easy to install, the insulation has an excellent thermal performance rating of R-9. The insulation is also 100 percent recycled, UL® certified and GREENGUARD® certified for indoor air quality. These certifications are important to the insulation industry, as they should be to retail consumers as well. These types of certifications help to ensure consumers get a regulated product that meets strict guidelines.
"We value doing business with Menards and look forward to developing our relationship with them in the future," said Andy McCleery, Anco president and chief executive officer.
Anco also manufactures many other products that meet these same strict guidelines.
