Duct Liner Product Shot

System 7000 Duct Liner

HVAC Air Handling Systems

This long-fiber textile insulation is resilient and highly resistant to vibration, which ensures maximum performance and product quality over the complete lifespan of the duct work in which it is installed. The resiliency also contributes to exceptional thickness recovery following unpackaging.

SYSTEM 7000 Duct Liner meets all required testing specifications for fire resistance, has low air flow resistance and exceptional thermal and acoustical performance.

General Properties

Surface Burning Characteristics

Per ASTM-E84, this product has a maximum flame spread index of 25, and maximum smoke developed index of 50

Operating Temperature

Insulation to maintain integrity and optimum performance up to 350° F.

Withstands High Velocity

SYSTEM 7000 Duct Liner meets and exceeds maximum recommendations for velocity and will not degrade over time from air erosion.

Technical Specifications

Performance Advantages

Sound Absorption

Reduces air movement noise and mechanical noise as well as other sound that can travel through duct work.

Low Thermal Conductivity

Metal ducts are conductive and can warm or cool forced air, but SYSTEM 7000 insulation helps maintain intended temperatures as the air passes through the ductwork.

Resistant to Bacterial & Fungal Growth

The fiberglass facing contains an EPA registered biocide.

Indoor Air Quality

This insulation meets stringent third party testing requirements with regards to low VOC emissions (see below for GREENGUARD Certification information).

Energy Efficient

Energy and cost conservation through moderation of air temperature in the duct work. This keeps living spaces more comfortable for less.

Easy Fabrication & Installation

Long insulation fibers make this liner durable, flexible and easy to handle.

Easy to Clean

Cleanable airstream surfaces are maintainable by industry recognized dry methods if required. Maintain in accordance to specifications provided by NAIMA.

Edge Coated

Factory applied edge coating complies with NAIMA/SMACNA requirements.
