National sales manager elected ADC official
December 3, 2010 - December 3, 2010 - The Air Diffusion Council (ADC) held its bi-annual board member election to appoint nominated candidates to office. This year, two new officials were elected. Jason Lamborn of J.P. Lamborn Co. was elected ADC president, and Mark Sorg of Anco Products, Inc. was elected ADC secretary-treasurer.

As of Jan. 1, 2011, the new officials will take office for a two-year term. It has become tradition that the successor to the president, after the term ends, becomes secretary-treasurer. Sorg is enthusiastic about this opportunity to give back to a great industry organization.

The ADC is the North American manufacturer's organization of air distribution equipment. It was founded in 1961, and as of 1988 exclusively represents the interests of flexible duct manufacturers and their suppliers. Anco was one of the original founding companies when the organization changed to exclusively represent flex manufacturers, and has been a member of the ADC since 1986. Throughout the years, the ADC has transitioned to become a voice held in high esteem with regards to HVAC regulations. It now produces the Flexible Duct Performance and Installation Standards manual, otherwise known as the Green Book. To find out more about the ADC please visit their website:
