"Ultra 10" Core - Metalized Polyester Vapor Barrier Reinforced with Scrim Yarn flex duct

  • SYSTEM 5625 is a very versatile air duct product capable of performing in a multitude of low to high-pressure residential or commercial HVAC applications. SYSTEM 5625 is well suited for main trunk lines, supply and return lines, connecting lines, as well as runs to diffusers and room registers. As Class 1 air ducts, there are no associated limitations for installed length unless limited by a code body. SYSTEM 5625 is constructed around Anco's "ULTRA 10" core. The core is wrapped with a thick blanket of thermally certified energy saving insulation. A protective seamless vapor barrier of 2 ply metalized polyester / polyester reinforced with scrim yarn then covers the core and the insulation. This provides you with a Class 1 Air Duct Material with Certified Thermal R-Values.

      * 12"-20" Diameters: 1/2" W.C. Negative Although rated higher, we recommend maximum operating pressures at around 6" W.C. Positive
    • UL Rated Maximum Air Velocity: 4000 FPM
    • UL Rated Operating Temperature: -0°F up to 200°F, -18°C up to 93°C.
    • Vapor Barrier: Very durable, puncture and rip resistant metalized polyester/polyester vapor barrier reinforced with scrim yarn that provides improved protection against UV light.
    • Vapor Barrier Permeance Rating: 0.04 (ASTM E96 Method "A")
